The PMI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter was formed and chartered in 1998 to serve the needs of the project management community of the central Kentucky region. The PMI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter has more than 300 members across a broad range of occupational specialties. Whether you are looking for personal development, certification, or new strategies to strengthen your career - this is the place to start!

Our Mission

The PMI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter provides a forum for Professional Project Managers to promote the principles of the Project Management Institute through networking with other project managers, sharing project experiences, providing and receiving training, and supporting Project Managers in their certification efforts.  Additionally, we will:

Advance the PM profession through the promotion of PMI certification and project excellence.

• Provide members and volunteers with networking opportunities, project management leadership mentoring, and industry knowledge and expertise.

• Ensure alignment and compliance with PMIs talent triangle, core values and Project Management professionalism.
